MODERN AERIE Berkeley, CA

BPAD-modern-aerie-living-architecture.jpg

This project opens a previously constrained living, dining and kitchen arrangement to create a single generous space for living that takes advantage of the western light and views. Expanding on the original 50’s architecture, the remodel introduces warmly rendered steel details and straight-grained natural oak cabinetry to create a balanced interior with white walls and neutral surfaces, washed in daylight and embellished with art.
